Anvo-Systems Dresden specializes in highly reliable, monolithic non-volatile data storage system solutions in industrial and communication environments. Based on their own technology development they build standard non-volatile memory products and provide intellectual properties (IP) to their customers.

Founded in 2009 as a privately held company by a group of key players in the worldwide nvSRAM business, Anvo-Systems is based in Dresden, Germany. A strategic cooperation with XFAB Semiconductor Foundries ensures access to advanced CMOS technologies.

With the ever growing penetration of microelectronic systems into all areas of our private and work environment safety, security and low power become key features for system performance. Anvo System Dresden's nvSRAMs are ideal solutions to address those targets in microelectronic systems – whether as stand-alone memories or as IP-blocks in systems-on-chips.

 

Low power standard base line technology

Anvo Systems Dresden's monolithic non-volatile memory solutions combine standard interface data storage with high speed, fast recovery, high reliability, safety, and extreme energy efficiency. By monitoring supply-voltage and offering a wide range of safety features to support volatile and non-volatile data transfer they enable system simplification in many applications.
