USB 2.0 to Ethernet Controller
Der DM9620 USB zu 10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet Controller
ist ein leistungsfähiges und hoch integriertes ASIC mit integriertem
SRAM für die Datenzwischenspeicherung. Ethernet-Netzwerkverbindungen
zu USB-Ports an Notebooks, PCs oder eingebetteten System lassen sich
hiermit schnell und kostengünstig realisieren.
Die USB-Schnittstelle zum
USB Host Controller entspricht den USB-Spezifikationen V1.0,
V1.1 und V2.0; die Anbindung an das Ethernet Netwerk den IEEE802.3 und
IEEE802.3u Standards.
Ein integriertes OnChip Ethernet PHY vereinfacht den Schaltungsentwurf
und ermöglicht eine weitere medienunabhängige Schnittstelle (MII/RMII/Reverse
MII).
Der DM9620 verwendet einen leistungsfähigen und stromsparenden 1.8V CMOS-Prozess
mit integriertem Spannungswandler und ist kompatibel mit 2.5V, 3.3V
und 5V toleranten I/Os.
