Miniature digital infrared thermometer IC - MLX90632
The MLX90632 is a non-contact infrared temperature sensor in a small SMD SFN package. The device is factory calibrated with calibration constants stored in the EEPROM memory. The ambient and object temperature can be calculated based on these calibration constants and the measurement data. The MLX90632 is factory calibrated in the ambient temperature range from -20 to 85˚C and from -20 to 200˚C for the object temperature range. The measured value is the average temperature of all objects in the Field Of View of the sensor.

Real-Time 3D Imaging with MLX75023
The MLX75023 is a QVGA (320x240 pixel) resolution optical Time-of-Flight (ToF) camera sensor. Combined with a modulated light source, this sensor is capable of measuring distance and reflectivity at full resolution. The high dynamic range DepthSense™ ToF pixels support up to 120 klux background light. Melexis' Time-of-Flight sensors enable robust 3D imaging solutions with minimal post-processing cost and large scalability of resolution, range and field-of-view.
100 kHz Integrated Current Sensor MLX91210
The Melexis MLX91210 is an Integrated Current Sensor that senses the current flowing through half of the leads of the SOIC package. This current conducting copper path exhibits very low power dissipation (0.7 - 0.8mΩ). By virtue of fixing the current conductor position with respect to the monolithic CMOS sensor inside the plastic package, a fully integrated factory calibrated Hall-effect current sensor is obtained.
OEM Grade pSLC Series 245
Cactus technologies presents the new OEM Grade Flash Products.
Based on the 15nm technology MLC NAND used in the Commercial Grade series the OEM Grade series 245 uses the pSLC mode to enhance the endurance by more than 6 times of the Commercial Grade Series. This makes the series 245 a great alternative where higher endurance is needed without the higher cost of a SLC product. All Series 245 products (SATA SSD, mSATA, M.2, CFast and SD) are also available in the extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
