mSATA Series 900S

 

Die Cactus Technologies High Performance 900S Series Industrial Grade mSATA, verfügbar in Kapazitäten von bis zu 64GB, entspricht den Spezifikationen der JEDEC MO300B und der SATA-IO Gruppe. Sie zielt sie auf OEM Anwendungen, die eine hohe Performance, verbunden mit hoher Lebensdauer und/oder dem erweiterten Temperaturbereich von -45°C bis +90°C benötigen.

Die High Performance Industrial Grade mSATA basiert auf SLC NAND und kommt mit vollständiger BOM Control, langen Produktionszyklen und wird unter strengsten Qualitätskontrollen hergestellt. Wie bei allen Industrial Grade Produkten von Cactus Technologies sind ECC, Wear Leveling, Write Abort Protection Circuitry und Defect Management selbstverständlich für die Serie 900S. Custom Labeling, Custom ID und Preloaded Content sind nur einige der verfügbaren Custom Features.
