SD Card Serie 240

 

Die Cactus Technologies 240 Series Commercial Grade SD Card, basierend auf 15nm MLC NAND Flash Speicher entspricht den Spezifikationen des SD Standards 1.1 und 2.0 der SDA. Sie ist in Kapazitäten von 4GB bis 128GB erhältlich und eignet sich insbesondere für OEM Applikationen, in denen eine kostengünstige Lösung mit sehr guter Performance benötigt wird.

Die Serie 240S kommt mit vollständiger BOM Control und wird unter strengsten Qualitätskontrollen hergestellt. Cactus Technologies ECC Mechanismen, Wear Leveling und Defect Management machen die Serie 240S zur zuverlässigsten MLC-basierten Lösung auf dem Markt. Custom Labeling, Custom ID und Preloaded Content sind nur einige der verfügbaren Möglichkeiten zur kundenspezifischen Anpassung (Custom Features).
