OEM Grade Flash Produkte

Die pSLC OEM Grade Produkte von Cactus Technologies bieten für einen geringen Aufpreis eine um bis zum 6-fachen erhöhte Endurance im Vergleich zu den MLC Commercial Grade Produkten (abhängig vom verwendeten Datenprofil). Sie basieren auf Pseudo SLC NAND Speicher, welcher speziellen MLC NAND Speicher in einem "1-Bit pro Zelle" Modus verwendet, anstelle des normalen "2-Bit pro Zelle" Modus. Die OEM Grade Produktserien sind optional in einem erweiterten Temperaturbereich von -40°C - +85°C verfügbar und bieten ebenfalls eine locked BOM. Sämtliche kundenspezifische Optionen sind auch für diese Serien verfügbar.
