Melexis Wireless Multi-Market and Sensing ICs address many applications for Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) as well as for consumer markets. Their RF transmitter, receiver and transceiver ICs are key building blocks for Short Range Devices (SRDs) used in automatic meter reading (AMR), home and building automation, garage door openers, alarm and security as well as in access control systems. In the consumer market, these RFICs are applicable for remote controls of set-top boxes (STBs) and for audio communications. The sensing ICs are based on RFID technologies that can be integrated in products for medical diagnostics, logistics and traceability applications.
