U9 - USB 3.1 Gen 1 Flash Controller

 

The U9 family of Hyperstone Flash Memory Controllers offers an easy-to-use turnkey solution (firmware, manufacturing kit, test and development hardware & reference schematics) for industrial, high endurance, and robust Flash Memory drives or modules compatible to host systems with USB 3.1 SuperSpeed 5 Gbps interface. Custom features can be implemented with simple firmware upgrades. The U9 family is designed to fully satisfy industrial and feature requirements. The hyReliability(tm) Flash Management includes superior wear leveling, read disturb management and power fail management to endure highest reliability and durability.
The optimized 32-Bit RISC core contains a flexible 96-Bit/1K BCH ECC engine to support all flash requirements. Data can be secured on the fly using the high performance internal AES128 and 256 encryption engine.
