PCIe / NVMe solutions using the M.2 format
Cactus Technologies' NVMe solutions are available as a high-end SLC version, as well as a 3D TLC based series. The SLC version shows a significantly higher endurance and a longer warranty and a corresponding long term availability. The 3D TLC series is a cost effective option for price sensitive applications, which have higher requirements than consumer goods could provide.
