OEM Grade pSLC Series 245
Cactus technologies presents the new OEM Grade Flash Products.
Based on the 15nm technology MLC NAND used in the Commercial Grade series the OEM Grade series 245 uses the pSLC mode to enhance the endurance by more than 6 times of the Commercial Grade Series. This makes the series 245 a great alternative where higher endurance is needed without the higher cost of a SLC product. All Series 245 products (SATA SSD, mSATA, M.2, CFast and SD) are also available in the extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
Commercial Grade SD Card Series 240
The Cactus Technologies 240 Series Commercial Grade SD card is a solid-state flash memory device based on 15nm MLC NAND that complies with the SD Association standard. It is available in capacities from 4GBytes to 128GBytes and intended for OEM applications needing a cost effective part with very good performance.
The 240 Series SD card comes with full BOM Control and is built with Stringent Quality Processes. Cactus Technologies incorporates World Class ECC, Wear Leveling and Defect Management into the 240 Series SD card, making it a very reliable MLC based SD card. Custom Labeling, Custom ID and Preloaded Content are available based on customer requirements. (read more)

MLX73290-M Multi-Channel RF-Transceiver
The Melexis MLX73290-M is a 299 to 960 MHz multi-channel transceiver chip. Its output power, frequency channels, modulation type frequency deviation and many other parameters are programmable via SPI. The low-IF receive part comprises fully digital demodulation and self-polling features together with channel scanning and packet recognition. A flex RF front-end with two PAs and two LNAs allows various set-ups of the transmit/receive air interface, for example antenna diversity or frequency diversity configurations. (read more)
