100 kHz Integrated Current Sensor MLX91210
The Melexis MLX91210 is an Integrated Current Sensor that senses the current flowing through half of the leads of the SOIC package. This current conducting copper path exhibits very low power dissipation (0.7 - 0.8mΩ). By virtue of fixing the current conductor position with respect to the monolithic CMOS sensor inside the plastic package, a fully integrated factory calibrated Hall-effect current sensor is obtained.
Single PHY Transceiver DM9163
DM9163 is an enhanced version of DM9162 focusing on industrial applications
Its main advantages are:
- 50MHz clock out at RMII applications which can save BOM cost and design efforts at the system designer
- 8kV isolation voltage
- 3.3V transformer at CT
Keeping your data safe and secure using nvSRAM
We just published an article about the possibilites and the advantages using the nvSRAM technology of our partner Anvo Systems Dresden in the latest issue of the german magazine "Elektronik Industrie". It is also available on Hüthig's website "all-electronics.de" using this Link.

OEM Grade pSLC Series 245
Cactus technologies presents the new OEM Grade Flash Products.
Based on the 15nm technology MLC NAND used in the Commercial Grade series the OEM Grade series 245 uses the pSLC mode to enhance the endurance by more than 6 times of the Commercial Grade Series. This makes the series 245 a great alternative where higher endurance is needed without the higher cost of a SLC product. All Series 245 products (SATA SSD, mSATA, M.2, CFast and SD) are also available in the extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
Far Infrared Sensor Array MLX90621
With the MLX90621, Melexis offers a thermal image sensor with an integrated lens. Based on thermal radiation, heat images can be mapped and temperature distribution of monitored objects can be measured.
