MLX90371 - Stray field immune Hall position sensor
Building upon the long legacy of the Triaxis® sensors the MLX90371 brings substantial improvements over the previous generation. The new stray field immune mode drastically reduces or eliminates the effect of stray fields from other magnets or current carrying conductors found in electrified vehicles and supports both on-axis rotary or linear motion with a four-pole or two-pole magnet, respectively.
Low Power 2.4GHz Transceiver Module
The DEL-TRX2400 is an IEEE 802.15.4 (Zigbee) compliant solution that satisfies the requirements of low-cost, low-power wireless sensor network applications. It operates within the ISM 2.4-2.5GHz frequency range and provides a receiver which is fully compatible to IEEE 802.15.4-2006 2.4GHz band PHY layer specifications.
Low Power ISM Receiver Module (300MHz - 930MHz)
The DEL-RX300-930MHz board is designed for universal applications in the European ISM bands 433MHz and 868MHz and for similar applications in North America and Asia (e.g. for 315MHz and 915MHz).
With two RF-inputs, applications like Antenna Diversity or LNA-Cascading can be easily realized.
Sub-GHz Transceiver Board for 300 to 960MHZ
This module is designed for general purpose applications within the range of 300MHz to 960MHz. It is also well suited for narrow band applications which meet the ARIB standard STD-T67.
The output power, frequency/channel, modulation type and frequency deviation are programmable via SPI interface.
DM9111A: 10/100 Mbit Fast Ethernet PHY with low power consumption
DM9111A, the newly released Single PHY Transceiver from Davicom offers the following features:
- low cost (0,36 USD @ 10k pieces) due to 0,11µ process.
- RMII in a small QFN-24 package
- 50MHz clock out at RMII applications which can save BOM cost and design efforts at the system designer
- maximum current consumption 58mA including transformer
