SATA III SSD Serie 250SH

Die Commercial Grade 2,5" SATA III SSD ist in Kapazitäten von 2, 4 und 8TB erhältlich. Sie entspricht den Spezifikationen der SATA-IO Gruppe und basiert auf 15nm MLC NAND. Der Zielbereich sind OEM Applikationen, die eine extrem hohe Kapazität und Performance and einem SATA III Interface benötigen.

Eine vollständige BOM Control ist ebenso Teil des Paketes, wie die standardisiert von Cactus Technologies eingesetzten ECC Mechanismen, Wear Leveling und Defect Management. Kundenspezifische Anpassungen wie Labeling, Custom ID und Preloaded Content sind selbstverständlich auch für die Serie 250SH verfügbar. (Custom Features).
