Die Cactus Technologies 303/303 Pro Series Industrial Grade Compact Flash Memory Card
basiert auf SLC NAND Flash und entspricht dem CompactFlash Association ATA standard für den CF Type I Formfaktor.

Sie ist erhältlich in Kapazitäten von 128MBytes bis 32GBytes und optimal für OEM Applikationen, die eine hohe Lebensdauer bei sehr guter Performance benötigen, oder den erweiterten Temperaturbereich von -45C to +90C voraussetzen. Die Pro Serie bietet zusätzlich die folgenden Feauters: Special Write Protect, ATA Security, DoD and Military Purge, Physical Write Protect Switch and Lock Features.

Für Low Power Anwendungen kann die Serie 303 so konfiguriert werden, dass sie die selben Strombedarfe wie die 203 Serie hat.

Die CompactFlash Serie 303/303 Pro umfasst eine vollständige BOM Control, Langzeitverfügbarkeit und wird unter strengen Qualitätskontrollen hergestellt. Wie bei allen Industrial Grade Produkte n von Cactus Technologies sind ECC, Wear Leveling, Write Abort Protection Circuitry und Defect Management selbstverständlich für die Serie 303/303 Pro. Custom Labeling, Custom ID und Preloaded Content sind nur einige der verfügbaren Custom Features.
