SD Card Series 808

 

Die Cactus Technologies 808 Series Industrial Grade SD Card ist in Kapazitäten von 512MB bis 16GB verfügbar. Sie zielt sie auf OEM Anwendungen, die eine hohe Performance, verbunden mit hoher Lebensdauer und/oder den erweiterten Temperaturbereich von -45°C bis +90°C benötigen.

Die SD Serie 808 basiert auf SLC NAND und kommt mit vollständiger BOM Control, langen Produktionszyklen und wird unter strengsten Qualitätskontrollen hergestellt. Wie bei allen Industrial Grade Produkten von Cactus Technologies sind ECC, Wear Leveling, Write Abort Protection Circuitry und Defect Management selbstverständlich für die Serie 808. Custom Labeling, Custom ID und Preloaded Content sind nur einige der verfügbaren Custom Features.
