SD Chip Series 806

 

Der Cactus Technologies 806 Series Industrial Grade SD Chip verbindet die Standard SD Schnittstelle mit einem robusten BGA Package. Er ist in Kapazitäten von 128MB bis 8GB verfügbar.
Er eignet sich für OEM Anwendungen, die eine hohe Performance, verbunden mit hoher Lebensdauer und/oder den erweiterten Temperaturbereich von -45°C bis +90°C benötigen.

Die SD Serie 806 basiert auf SLC NAND und kommt mit vollständiger BOM Control, langen Produktionszyklen und wird unter strengsten Qualitätskontrollen hergestellt. Wie bei allen Industrial Grade Produkten von Cactus Technologies sind ECC, Wear Leveling, Write Abort Protection Circuitry und Defect Management selbstverständlich für die Serie 806. Custom Labeling, Custom ID und Preloaded Content sind nur einige der verfügbaren Custom Features.
