M.2 NVMe Serie 730P

 

Die Cactus Technologies 730P Series Industrial Grade M.2 NVMe (auch bekannt als NGFF – Next Generation Form Factor), erhältlich in Kapazitäten von 8GB bis 64GB im Formfaktor 2242, bietet ein natives NVMe Interface in einer PCI Express Gen3 x2 Konfiguration und entspricht der PCE Express Basisspezifikation in der Version 3.0 und der NVMExpress Spezifikation V1.2.

Basierend auf SLC NAND bietet sie somit eine hohe Zuverlässigkeit über viele Jahre für OEM- und Industrieanwendungen. Alle Produkte sind mit einem Conformal Coating versehen, um Umwelteinflüsse auf die Hardware zu vermeiden.

Die Serie 730P verwendet multiple ECC Schemata, um bis zu 300 Bitfehler pro 4KB korrigieren zu können. Die per NVMe definierten S.M.A.R.T. Attribute werden ebenso unterstützt, wie 2 I/O Queues mit einer maximalen Queue Depth von 32 pro Queue. Ebenfalls werden PCI MSI, MSI-X und Legacy Interrupts, sowie ASPM L1.0, L1.1, L1.2 unterstützt.
Die Serie 730P kommt mit vollständiger BOM Control und wird unter strengsten Qualitätskontrollen hergestellt. Cactus Technologies ECC Mechanismen, Wear Leveling und Defect Management machen die Serie 730P zur zuverlässigsten, SLC basierten, M.2 Lösung auf dem Markt. Custom Labeling, Custom ID und Preloaded Content sind nur einige der verfügbaren Möglichkeiten zur kundenspezifischen Anpassung (Custom Features).
