Industrial 3D-TLC mSATA Series 290
The new mSATA 290 Series, based on industrial-grade 3D NAND (gTLC), enables a smooth transition to the latest NAND technology without having to sacrifice the benefits of previous MLC NAND-based products. Thanks to the use of industrial-grade 3D NAND, they offer equivalent lifespan, higher performance and lower costs.* Endurance is on a par with MLC products (approx. 3,000 write/erase cycles); the 290 Series is available in both the standard temperature range of 0°C – 70°C and the extended temperature range of -40°C – 85°C.

Industrial pSLC mSATA Series 295
Auch die Serie 290 ist als pSLC Version verfügbar. Die pSLC mSATA Serie 295 bietet, zusätzlich zu den schon genannten Vorteilen, eine deutlich höhere Lebensdauer mit einer Endurance von ca. 30.000 Schreib-/Löschzyklen. Dadurch wird die Endurance der älteren, MLC-basierten, pSLC Produkte, die bei ca. 20.000 Zyklen lagen, deutlich übertroffen.
