Industrial 3D-TLC mSATA Series 290
The new mSATA 290 Series, based on industrial-grade 3D NAND (gTLC), enables a smooth transition to the latest NAND technology without having to sacrifice the benefits of previous MLC NAND-based products. Thanks to the use of industrial-grade 3D NAND, they offer equivalent lifespan, higher performance and lower costs.* Endurance is on a par with MLC products (approx. 3,000 write/erase cycles); the 290 Series is available in both the standard temperature range of 0°C – 70°C and the extended temperature range of -40°C – 85°C.

Industrial pSLC mSATA Series 295
The 290 series is also available in a pSLC version. In addition to the advantages already mentioned, the pSLC mSATA 295 series offers a significantly longer service life, with an endurance rating of approximately 30,000 write/erase cycles. This significantly exceeds the endurance of the older, MLC-based pSLC products, which stood at around 20,000 cycles.
