Additionally, DDR3 modules come in low-power versions for exceptionally energy-efficient applications where every millivolt counts.In addition to the standard temperature range of 0°C – 85°C (DDR1: 0°C – 70°C), memory modules are available for an extended temperature range of -40°C – 85°C (starting from DDR3). Other temperature ranges and custom adaptations are also available upon request.
