SATA III SSD Serie 245S

 

The Cactus Technologies 245S Series OEM Grade 2.5” SATA III SSD is available in capacities up to 512 GBytes.

The 245S SATA III SSD is a solid-state flash memory product that adheres to the SATA-IO group’s specifications. Based on Pseudo-SLC NAND, it is intended for OEM applications needing a cost effective part with extremely high performance SATA III interface. The 245S Series 2.5” SATA III SSD comes with full BOM Control and is built with Stringent Quality Processes. Cactus Technologies incorporates World Class ECC, Wear Leveling and Defect Management into the 245S Series 2.5” SATA III SSD, and Pseudo-SLC NAND giving it >6 times the endurance, better error rates and data retention than the Commercial Grade, MLC based 2.5” SATA III SSD. Custom Labeling, Custom ID and Preloaded Content are available based on customer requirements (see Custom Features).
