CFast Series 245S

 

The Cactus Technologies 245S Series OEM Grade CFast, available in capacities up to 64GB, is a solid-state flash memory product that adheres to the CompactFlash Association standard regarding the CFast Type I form factor. Based on Pseudo-SLC NAND, it is intended for OEM applications needing a cost effective part with high performance SATA interface. It is also available with physical write protection switch.

OEM Grade pSLC products have >6 times more endurance cycles than Commercial Grade products based on MLC NAND. Pseudo-SLC products should be used in applications which require better endurance, error rates and data retention than the Commercial Grade MLC SATA III SSD. The 245S Series comes with full BOM Control and is built with Stringent Quality Processes. Cactus Technologies incorporates World Class ECC, Wear Leveling and Defect Management into the 245S Series, making it the most reliable pSLC based M.2 on the market. Custom Labeling, Custom ID and Preloaded Content are available based on customer requirements (see Custom Features).
