Hyperstone U9 - USB 3.1 Flash Controller
The U9 family of Hyperstone Flash Memory Controllers offers an easy-to-use turnkey solution (firmware, manufacturing kit, test and development hardware & reference schematics) for industrial, high endurance, and robust Flash Memory drives or modules compatible to host systems with USB 3.1 SuperSpeed 5 Gbps interface. Custom features can be implemented with simple firmware upgrades. The U9 family is designed to fully satisfy industrial and feature requirements. The hyReliability(tm) Flash Management includes superior wear leveling, read disturb management and power fail management to endure highest reliability and durability.
SD/eMMC, CF/PATA, SATA & USB Flash Controller
Hyperstone, based in Konstanz (Germany), is a fabless semiconductor and microprocessor design company. Hyperstone’s products include industrial grade microcontrollers for Serial-ATA and Parallel-ATA Solid State Disks (SSD), Disk-on-Module (DoM), Disk-on-Board (DoB), embedded Flash solutions such as eMMC, and Flash cards such as CF, SD & microSD.
