SD Card Series 245
The Cactus Technologies 245 Series OEM Grade SD cards are highly reliable, cost effective flash storage devices, based on Pseudo-SLC (pSLC) NAND. They are intended for applications which demand extremely high performance and medium endurance in a rugged embedded foot print guaranteed to MIL-810 Standard shock and vibration.
OEM Grade pSLC SD Cards have >6 times more endurance cycles than Commercial Grade products based on MLC NAND. Pseudo-SLC products should be used in applications which require better endurance, error rates and data retention than the Commercial Grade MLC SD Cards. For OEMs requiring the highest level of reliability and endurance, Cactus offers Industrial Grade products to meet the most demanding applications in the harshest environments.
The 245 Series comes with full BOM Control and is built with Stringent Quality Processes. Cactus Technologies incorporates World Class ECC, Wear Leveling and Defect Management into the 240 Series, making it a very reliable MLC based SD card. Custom Labeling, Custom ID and Preloaded Content are available based on customer requirements (see Custom Features).

SATA III SSD Serie 255SH
The Cactus Technologies 255SH Series OEM Grade 2.5” SATA III SSD is available in capacities of 2 and 4TB.
The 255SH SSD is a solid-state flash memory product that adheres to the SATA-IO group’s specifications. Based on 15nm MLC NAND in pSLC mode, it is intended for OEM applications needing an extremely high capacity and performance with a SATA III interface and an up to 6 times higher endurance than it's Commercial Grade pendant.
It comes with full BOM Control and is built with Stringent Quality Processes. Cactus Technologies incorporates World Class ECC, Wear Leveling and Defect Management into the 255SH Series 2.5” SATA III SSD, making it a highly reliable MLC based 2.5” SATA III SSD. Custom Labeling, Custom ID and Preloaded Content are available based on customer requirements (see Custom Features).

mSATA Series 245S
The Cactus Technologies 245S Series OEM Grade mSATA Memory Card is a Pseudo-SLC NAND based solid-state flash memory device that complies with the industry standard JEDEC MO-300B and SATA-IO group’s specifications. It is available in capacities from 4GBytes to 256GBytes.
It is intended for OEM applications needing a cost effective part with high performance SATA III interface and applications which require better endurance, error rates and data retention than the Commercial Grade MLC SATA III SSD. A detailed overview of pSLC is provided in the Overview of Pseudo-SLC NAND White Paper.
