10kWp Solar Module

 

 

Based on years of experience PRE has developed a standard 10kW bidirectional Power Concept for EV chargers with 3 phase AC Input. The charger has active PFC and is based on the latest techniques of HF power electronics based on SiC semiconductors and quasiresonant technology which results in high efficiency and excellent overall performance. The solar module works in the input range of 250V - 800Vdc while providing an output voltage of 700V - 750Vdc.

It matches the safety requirements of EN60950 and the industrial emission standards for EN55011, class A (class B is optional), as well as the Immunity standards as required in EN61000-4-2, EN61000-4-3, EN61000-4-4, EN61000-4-6 and EN61000-4-11.

Power Supply 10Kw / 750V / 20A DC

 

 

For more than 10 years, PRE’s Universal Power Module is one of the most competitive AC/DC products in the market for industrial power supplies. It has a 3 phase input and can work in constant voltage mode or in constant current mode. The UPM features active PFC and is based on the latest techniques of HF power electronics design, which results in a high efficiency and excellent overall performance. The power rating is 10kW continuous. The UPM output can be controlled through a voltage- or current set point. Other control methods and/or configurations are available on request.

Industrial charging using 10kW UPM: The 10kW power module from PRE was originally designed for commercial car charging. It meets all the requirements from both ChaDeMo and Combo. To  use the power module for industrial charging applications, it is important to specify the following matters: AC plug or DC plug, Battery BMS system and protocol (e.g. CAN) and User interface (enable charging by key or other function, charge time indication, etc.)

The Power Module can be configured as ‘bidirectional’ or ‘Charger only’ operation. Output Voltage and Current can be controlled and monitored by a CAN bus Interface.
